Delivery Charge

We charge a flat ₹100.00 delivery fee per order, whether you buy one jar or several. A courier trip costs roughly the same whether the box weighs half a kilo or a few kilos, so splitting that cost evenly and showing it upfront is more honest than folding it into the product price and calling delivery "free".

Where We Deliver

We ship pan-India through our courier partners. If your pin code isn't serviceable for some reason, we'll let you know by phone or email before your order is dispatched.

Delivery Time

Orders typically arrive within 4-7 business days of dispatch, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to be on the faster end of that window, remote areas can take a little longer.

Order Tracking

We confirm every order by email and phone once it's placed, and again once it's dispatched with the courier's tracking details, so you know where things stand without needing to log into an account.

Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, email us at info@vishvagold.in or call +91 95217 52900 with your order number, and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.
